libfribidi0-udeb software package provides Free Implementation of the Unicode BiDi algorithm, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfribidi0-udeb
libfribidi0-udeb is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfribidi0-udeb package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfribidi0-udeb *
You will get with libfribidi0-udeb package name, version, architecture and description in a table
